The X2 Logistics Networks Conference, called Cargo Weekend, has been planned for 23-24 February, 2019 in Hua Hin, Thailand.

The event claims to bring together ‘professionalism and fun’ for the freight forwarding and logistics industries.   “The environment we have consistently created has seen a community grow and develop their own identity and culture not seen in other most traditional networking settings,” the organisers said.

They say that industry events have become stale and boring.  “We aim to change that using what we have learned from personal experience paired with a desire to be different.”

Cargo Weekend will bring together over 500 people from all over the world, including forwarders, vendors, shipping lines and carriers.  The organisers say that they will enjoy a “weekend packed with one-to-one meetings, talk/workshops and the finest entertainment, lighting and sound yet to be experienced in this industry”.
