The rebrand features a new mobile responsive website using the latest UX (user experience) design and refreshed blue and coral visual identity. Other improvements include new video content, a new content library and a client brand showcase featuring a number of Crown’s major clients.  The new brand will be rolled out across the company’s 101 world mobility offices operating in 53 countries.

Norah Franchetti, Group Vice President of Marketing at Crown Worldwide said, “It was important to us to recognise our heritage while signalling to the market our vision for the future.”

Two global promotions have been made. Liana Ciatto is vice president of account management; Nick Sutton has taken the position of vice president of global business development. They report directly to Curt Smith, Group Vice President of Crown World Mobility, and will work alongside the vice president of customer experience, Paula Kupka. Both positions will be based in London.

“Our new branding, propositions and website reflect the direction of travel we are on as a business, while our new and improved products and senior team structure are aligned to market shifts,” said Curt.

In February Crown acquired Time Relocation and is soon to release its online Lump Sum Management Tool. This will give employers greater financial transparency and employees more flexibility and control over their relocation.
