To help JAUPT better understand the demand for Driver CPC approved courses, expectations for training and the effectiveness of the initial qualification, People 1st would like to carry out some telephone interviews with small to medium sized operators.

The interviews will include questions on:

• The impact and benefits of Driver CPC;
• How Driver CPC could be improved;
• The return on investment from Driver CPC.
