Arpin International Group has appointed Deena Fernandes as head of operations for Arpin Middle East.

In her new role, Deena will oversee and manage all international operations in the Middle East office, including allocation of moves, data integrity, pricing, and monitoring the team’s performance.

Lauren Inglis, Regional Director for Middle East & India said, “As a move coordinator, Deena demonstrated patience during challenging circumstances, as well as excellent customer service skills and keen attention to detail. I am extremely proud of her and look forward to seeing her lead our growing operations in the Middle East.”

Deena Fernandes has been a move manager for Arpin’s Dubai office since September 2016. She has been an integral part of the team as it transitioned from Arpin’s customer care centre into a central booking office. She has managed door-to-door moves for Arpin’s largest corporate clients and obtained excellent customer scores from these accounts.
