The Willis Relocation Risk Group (WRRG) has announced the appointment of Juan Herrera as its client services manager.

Juan has been in the international household goods transportation and relocation industry for over 20 years, holding managerial and operational positions throughout his career. In his new position the company says Juan will provide a ‘client focussed and detailed oriented service approach’ that will be a valuable resource to WRRG clients around the world.

Willis Towers Watson’s Boris Populoh, WRRG’s Head of Global Relocation Risk said: “We are truly thrilled that Juan has decided to join the WRRG client advocacy and service team and we anticipate him taking an active role in delivering our service model to our global clientele.”  WRRG’s Operations Manager Rechelle Castro added: “We are delighted that Juan has joined us and we look forward to his contributions in advancing our client service goals”.
