phs Teacrate’s Cratelink system is helping Clockwork Removals improve its ability to satisfy two of the most important criteria of the moving industry: being in the right place at the right time; and knowing the whereabouts of customers’ property.

Using barcode technology and bespoke software from phs Teacrate, Clockwork Removals and Storage is now able to track reusable removals crates and order new stock online from any location 24-hours a day.Clockwork truck

phs Teacrate has customised the online facility to create a truly bespoke system for Clockwork, which also handles international relocations as well as the transport of confidential records and IT equipment.

Barcoded crates are scanned with a handheld device on arrival and departure at any property to provide easy traceability and reporting via Cratelink. The process helps to reduces loss, streamlines delivery and collection routines, and adds value for customers while supporting quality procedures.

Damon Theobald, National Operations Manager at Clockwork Removals and Storage said, “phs Teacrate has been able to provide a service that is superior to any of our previous suppliers. As a progressive company, we’re excited to be incorporating technology that will enable us to more efficiently meet our clients’ needs.”
