Alexanders Removals & Storage recently picked up two awards at the annual West London Business Awards for 2019.
After making the shortlist in five categories, including Park Royal Business of the Year, High Growth SME of the Year and Responsible Supply Chain of the Year, the team took the gold in Logistics Business of the Year and the Responsible Workplace award.
The black-tie ceremony was held at Twickenham Stadium and compered by Sky Sports presenter, Alex Payne. The judges wanted to assess a wide range of criteria when picking the winner, laying out criteria for strategy, innovation and customer satisfaction. Alexanders submitted a presentation and testimonials, along with supporting materials, that covered everything from their business growth plans to maintaining five-star client reviews online.
In recent months the West London sector has seen significant uncertainties in the market, especially involving Brexit and HS2 development plans, but Alexanders was able to present an improvement in returning client rates and an expanded catchment area. Having previously been awarded the Logistics Business of the Year in 2017, the Alexanders team looks forward to going for the hat-trick in 2020.
