A new survey conducted by InterNations, a Munich-based expat network, has ranked Taiwan, Mexico and Costa Rica as the top three places to live and work in 2021.

The survey considered medical care, quality of life, job security and the state of the economy. Kuwait, Italy and South Africa were at the bottom of the list.  The survey was conducted in January 2021.
