MOBILITAS acquires Santa Fe

On 7 February, 2024, the MOBILITAS Group announced that it had acquired Santa Fe Holdings Limited, the parent company of Santa Fe Relocation and Sanelo.

The press release said that the acquisition would continue to expand the reach and market strength of the MOBILITAS Group. It added that Santa Fe Holdings Limited brings a wealth of expertise, a diverse customer base, and a portfolio of cutting-edge solutions. By joining the MOBILITAS Group, Santa Fe Relocation and Sanelo will benefit from synergies that drive innovation, maximise operational efficiencies, and deliver unique value to customers.

Samuel Mergui, a member of the MOBILITAS Group Management Board, will take over as CEO of Santa Fe Holdings Limited.

Santa Fe Relocation is a global mobility company made up of 1,300 people, speaking 66 languages, working in 64 offices, in 38 countries, covering the entire relocation journey: assignment management, compensation and expenses, corporate immigration, destination services, and moving services.
