The UK Traffic Commissioner (TC) is urging all holders of operator’s licences to check whether the e-mail address, telephone number and postal address, held by the TC and linked to their account, are correct.

To check, simply log into VOL self service account and select ‘Your Account’.

The TC points out that if your details are not correct, you may not receive important information from the traffic office that may affect your operator’s licence.
