The BAR (British Association of Removers) has announced that it has suspended its APG scheme from 23 March 2020, until further notice, due to the potential damaging effects of the Coronavirus pandemic.  Ian Studd, BAR Director General, said that the Association had been left with no other choice. The BAR said that the scheme will continue to consider claims up to the date of suspension, subject to its terms and conditions, and the BAR Board of Directors and the Trustees of the Scheme will continue to review the position as the UK progresses though the crisis. BAR has put an announcement to this effect on its website to advise customers accordingly.
