The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) has issued a new guide to help employers deal with the process of returning to work following lockdown.

The guide looks at legal considerations, redundancy, reduced working hours, and how to help staff members who might need shielding, have suffered bereavement, want to take holidays or are suffering symptoms of COVID-19.
