Crown Worldwide Group has won the award for ‘Leading with Purpose for Business Culture’ at the Business Culture Awards 2021 in London.
During the last 12 months the company says it has worked tirelessly to establish its Purpose: Making it simpler to live, work, and do business anywhere in the world across every part of its business. One of the Business Culture Award judges commented: “This is a great example of how a purpose can bring business strategy to life.”
The awards were judged by a range of respected panellists, mainly from the HR and People Management sector, who represented organisations such as Barclays, DFDS, Mars, Lloyds Banking Group, Swiss Re, BT, Mercer, and Cisco.
Representing Crown were Jeremy Laight, Director of Brand Marketing, Thomas Nagy, Head of Insight and Rosa Santilli, EMEA Regional Account Manager for World Mobility Business and Group CSR Manager. Jeremy commented: “This is further recognition of the exceptional effort from the whole Crown team to bring our purpose to life and create an extraordinary culture for our people and experience for our customers.”
