Each hamper contained weekly food for either a family or a single resident, alongside Easter eggs and treats. Children received books, colouring books and a variety of souvenirs provided by Brentford Football Club ,including squad photos and Premier League flags.

Hounslow Community Foodbox Treasurer, Philip Jones, who helped pack the hampers said, "It’s wonderful that with the strong support of Alexanders Removals & Storage and Brentford FC, we will be able to provide 500 adults and children in Hounslow with some special treats this Easter. With so many struggling to put food on the table it really is a pleasure to be able to give some extra help at this time of year."

Alex Pope, Director of Alexanders Removals & Storage said, “I am glad that our Easter giveaway event in partnership with Foodbox and Brentford Football Club went exceptionally well, and I am positive our hamper baskets will bring joy to many people.”

During the pandemic, Alexanders collected over 200 tonnes of food and supplies from residents in Richmond and Twickenham and delivered them to foodbanks throughout London.
