Cartus Corporation, a global leader in talent mobility and corporate relocation services, recently unveiled its brand-new collaboration hub, Arclite House, located in Swindon, UK.
Cartus has transformed the way it does business over the last few years, moving to a hybrid work model where many of its employees serve their customers remotely, while continuing to deliver the highest quality service.
The bespoke UK facility, with its striking design and lakeside location, helps support this new work model, fostering an inclusive environment for employees by ensuring they have a space that promotes enhanced collaboration, creativity and communication.
The office includes open hot-desking spaces for collaborative work, networking and informal huddle spaces, and revamped meeting rooms, which are perfect for more private discussions, in-depth project work and developing ideas. The flexible layout also amplifies Cartus’ continued focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) values.
As part of its ongoing work strategy, Cartus is equipping its employees with the skills to succeed in a new working norm. The company’s robust training programmes focus on strengthening and developing new power skills such as agility, resilience and digital collaboration. These competencies will enable the success of each individual as they navigate the remote work experience. Cartus has also enhanced its DEI training to continue its journey and commitment to build a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment, especially important with its remote work arrangements.
David Pascoe, Executive Senior Vice President of EMEA and APAC, Global Talent Mobility, at Cartus said, “The flexibility and empowerment of our employees is an important part of Cartus’ vision and how we continue to engage with our talent to foster the unique team spirit of the Cartus family. We opened our first UK office in 1979 and investing in this new hub is another significant milestone in the company’s history. It demonstrates our commitment to ensure employees have the opportunity to meet in person to strategise, socialise and connect; working together to deliver exceptional service to our clients and their relocating employees.”
