On 16 September, 2024 the Office of the Traffic Commissioner (OTC) for the UK will move from its old address at Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds, to new premises at Office of the Traffic Commissioner, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE.

The move affects all licensing teams within the OTC and the teams handling public inquiries for the North-East of England.  All correspondence for the licensing team or North Eastern Traffic Area Hearing Centre should be directed to Quarry House after that date. Telephone numbers are not affected.

For a short time during the switch-over public inquiries will be held at other venues in the local area. Anyone called to attend an inquiry should follow all instructions in the letter. Inquiries should start to be held at Quarry House during October 2024.

Those attending Quarry House for any reason should follow any instruction given, including the need to show photo ID to gain entry to the building.
