The GOTO Group in the UK was launched in January 2016. At first the company specialised in providing independent private property surveys for people wishing to move house.
Since then it has branched out and now provides a complete range of services for home movers, including removals.
Alex Willis is the company’s sales director. “We now have nine property services for people moving house,” he explained. “Our aim was always to provide an end to end a moving service. If someone comes to us early enough, we can arrange everything for them.”
The enquiries come from a blend of direct enquiries via the internet and other organisations within the moving process such as mortgage brokers and estate agents. Alex estimates that the estate agents that the GOTO Group works with control 15-20% of the UK moving market.
“We have strong relationships with these estate agents and mortgage brokers,” said Alex. “They are professional organisations that are sending the leads at the right time.”
