Road restrictions
Shipments can be delivered or collected with a work permit.  Some cities are under a sanitary cordon so may not be entered. Borders are closed. Traffic is highly monitored by the police.

Port restrictions
Ports are operational but at 50% capacity because of a reduction in available personnel. This may result in clearance delays and a minor container shortage,

Airport restrictions
There are few daily flights with passenger and cargo controls in place.  Exports have been blocked for the next 30 days.
