Nathalie Lagae, Global Services Consultant at Altair Global, has been accepted as a member of the Human Resources Committee for the American Chamber of Commerce in Belgium.
The Human Resources Committee’s role is to promote a Human Resources environment in Belgium that attracts and develops American business and its employees and contributes to their success.
“We are all excited for Nathalie to join the HR committee on behalf of Altair Global,” said Barry Potter, Senior Vice President of EMEA at Altair Global. “With her extensive HR knowledge and experience, we know she will represent us well and will add value to the committee.”
As a member of the committee, Nathalie and other members will be collectively dedicated to improving the investment and employment climate, focussing on labour costs, harmonisation, pensions reform, immigration optimisation, talent and education.
“I am very pleased and proud to have been accepted into the committee,” said Nathalie. “It is a great place for networking, sharing with and learning from representatives of top-notch American companies. All those involved share a can-do attitude and want to collaborate, evolve and change in order to protect their companies’ interests in Belgium, while at the same time protecting local employment.”
