SSAA Expo rescheduled for later in 2020

The Self Storage Association Asia (SSAA) has postponed its Expo, previously scheduled for 13-15 May, 2020 however, unlike other events in the sector, the organisers are planning to reschedule it for later in the year, not delay it for a full 12 months.

SSAA postpones ExpoAndrew Work, Executive Director for SSAA, said that the Expo is the biggest single point of education, networking, deal-making, and connection in the industry in Asia, and so the show must go on. “Nobody knows what the future will bring, but we are planning for a new normal later in the year,” he explained. “The SSAA has every confidence in Singapore as the location for 2020 and is closely monitoring developments there and travel restrictions around the world for now and will continue to do so in the following months.”

Importantly, SSAA has extended the Spring Prices discount for delegates until June 30, 2020. All conference and exhibition registrations have been carried forward.

“We continue to receive strong support from exhibitors and sponsors alike,” said Andrew. “The Expo Asia is a vital catalyst for deal making. Our industry is personal and hands-on - we like to meet, see the goods and do the deals. The Expo is the place to do that and we are committed to making it happen.”
