Altair Global has announced the election of George Powdar, Senior Vice President of Global Reporting and Compliance at Altair Global, as chair of the Regulatory and Compliance Forum for Worldwide ERC for the 2020 term.

In his newly appointed role, George is responsible for compliance elements for matters that Worldwide ERC focusses on, such as government regulations, industry regulations, tax and law changes and their impact on relocation.

A separate appointment sees Kathryn Cassidy, President and Chief Operating Officer, be appointed to the Goodwill Industries of Dallas Board of Directors.

Goodwill Industries of Dallas provides job training and employment to people with disabilities and disadvantages to help transform their lives through the power of jobs. Kathryn is one of a handful of new Board members who will meet quarterly to contribute oversight to the organisation.
