EMS Chairman Ronan Woodhouse was proud to receive the award from Graebel’s SVP Ben Ivory during the virtual conference held on 28 October, 2020.  Ronan said, “This is fantastic recognition for the EMS Excellence Programme, which we initiated 18 months ago, and particular credit goes to all of our staff who live and breathe Graebel and its values on a daily basis.  It was also very satisfying to note that the award is weighted heavily on feedback from Graebel assignees who appreciate our personal high-level of service and the seamless way in which Graebel and EMS work together.”

Commenting on EMS’s success, Pam Capecci, Vice President of Strategic Business Development at Graebel said, “Congratulations on winning The Superior Quality Achievement Award for International Transportation Services.  This is awarded to each partner achieving the highest score in their service category as reported by the transferee survey.”
