The Harmony Relocation Network has announced that Move One Inc has become a member with effect from 1 February, 2021.
Move One is a large company with multiple locations in the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, the Balkans, Russia and Central Asia. Locations in full membership are UAE and Hungary, with branch membership for Poland, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, Ethiopia and Serbia. These locations were selected due to their greater focus on HHG and DSP.
Move One (originally AES Cargo) was founded by Curt Clements in Russia in 1992. Having experienced rapid and consistent growth over the last three decades the company now wishes to learn from industry leaders and adapt the strategies of top performing companies. “This is what we feel will be the exposure and greatest benefit we will gain from a partnership with Harmony,” said Curt. “We realise in order to further grow and improve, we need to move our relationships with partners from one of a transactional nature to more of a partnership which we believe will be the positive result of our joining Harmony.”
Paul Bernardt, Harmony Managing Director, said that adding a company such as Move One to the membership may be considered to be unusual. “The main drivers of the decision are that by adding Move One, we increase our opportunities of booking larger global contracts, we have direct access to a compliant solution in some of the world’s most complicated and turbulent markets, and Move One adds tonnage to the network,” he said. “This will ultimately benefit the network at large, also those companies that overlap with a Move One branch.”
Move One is FIDI/FAIM accredited, ISO 9001, 14001, 450001 certified and is affiliated to IAM, EuRA, PAIMA, ERC, IPATA and ISOA.
