Synergy Global Housing (Synergy), the US serviced accommodation programme management company, recently announced its expansion into the state of Texas, marking a significant step in the company’s strategic growth initiatives.
With operations headquartered in Houston, Synergy aims to cater to the furnished housing needs of its clients in four pivotal cities: Houston, Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio.
"This expansion into Texas is a testament to our commitment to meet the evolving needs of our clients," said Debra Christopher, President of Synergy. "Synergy has had a substantial East and West Coast presence in the United States. Now, with an operations team based in Texas, we will be able to better serve our clients’ temporary accommodation needs in the Central part of the country."
The market will be overseen by Synergy’s Director of Client Services, Richard Franco, who is based in Houston and brings over 25 years of corporate housing leadership experience to the role, particularly in the South-Central US.

Synergy has been actively hiring local market personnel and began accepting reservations beginning January 2, 2024.
