Globe Moving from Bangalore has recently introduced a new AI tool on its website.

By clicking a yellow chat button visitors can access a virtual assistant that will answer moving related questions.  The assistant presents as a young man who appears to talk directly to the visitor accompanied by a written text. 

The Mover checked the system which appeared to be very efficient.  It also followed up very quickly after by e-mail and text to make sure the questions had been answered and to offer additional assistance.
