The Australian corporate housing and talent mobility industries will be working together more closely this year, through collaborative events made possible by a new partnership between Convido Corporate Housing (Convido) and The Employee Mobility Institute (TEMi).
Convido provided extended stay accommodation to major corporations for over 25 years. TEMi is the Australasian region’s professional development body for talent mobility professionals.
Convido and TEMi will be launching events around the country in July, to give corporate housing and talent mobility professionals the opportunity to connect and collaborate on current opportunities and challenges facing the industries.
Mary Tsaganas, Convido MD, said that the company was proud to play a role in connecting the two sectors, which work so closely together to settle travelling and relocating corporates. “Corporate housing plays a pivotal role in talent mobility programmes, helping to deliver cost-efficiencies and job satisfaction for staying talent, through streamlined administration and attractive lifestyle opportunities,” she said. “Our sectors are transforming rapidly in response to new ways of working, immigration legislation and greater recognition of the impact employee experience can have on retention. These events, in partnership with TEMi, will provide organisations from across the supply chain with the opportunity to open up dialogue on how we can continue to evolve alongside each other, to deliver long-term value for organisations.”
TEMi Founder Deborah De Cerff said TEMi was pleased to continue supporting talent mobility professionals through collaborative events. “We know that knowledge sharing and collaboration are catalysts for innovation and look forward to delivering these events, to help facilitate creative, holistic workforce management solutions.”
