Austrian Software Company Kinnovis has launched its new self storage AI chatbot, Jane GPT, built specifically for the self storage industry.

By integrating with the operator’s existing facility management software and website, JaneGPT provides instant responses to customer enquiries, aiding online rentals and reducing response times.

Jane GPT is built on Microsoft Azure’s OpenAI servers.  It has recently passed legislation by the European Union on artificial intelligence (AI Act). Self storage tenants and potential customers can quickly receive information about: live unit availability; unit size recommendations; facility terms and conditions; rental cancellation policies; and specific unit features relevant to the individual.
