NETMOVE in Brazil has received the ‘1st Greenlight 2024 Award’ from Siemens. The ‘Green Light Trail’ is part of Siemens' strategy to promote digitalisation and decarbonisation of the supply chain.
Over the last 10 months, NETMOVE has participated in the Siemens initiative as an agent of transformation of sustainable actions and environmental protection. The initiative provides knowledge to suppliers, allowing them to share practices already in place and makes them more aware of those yet to be developed.
NETMOVE has been working towards ESG practices for some time with programmes such as Ecomove® and Ecofun Programs, the Ecooar reforestation project, investments in electric vehicles, use of recycled material, solar panels structure, yearly participation on the McDonald’s campaign that raised over 35 million dollars in Brazil for child/adolescent cancer and education for children, among others.
Companies such as Siemens encourage their supply chain to see the world as a unique place which needs a closer eye on these practices, ensuring continuity and evolution.
Arnaldo Petarnela (CEO of NETMOVE) pointed out the importance of teamwork and the need to listen to clients and the world itself: “We thank the entire team, that is extremely committed to ESG practices for a better world and also to our clients who believe and participate in our programmes and projects which encourage us to continue on this ESG path.”
