Truck drivers on Austrian motorways and expressways have been provided with free protective masks and disinfectant during the coronavirus pandemic.

UNION TANK, provider of fuel cards in Europe, with DocStop, an advocacy group for the improvement of medical care for professional drivers, and Service 24 Notdienst GmbH, a service provider for the commercial vehicle industry, have been providing truck drivers on Austrian motorways and expressways with free protective masks and disinfectant during the coronavirus pandemic. Several thousand protective masks and disinfectant dispensers have been distributed to drivers by mobile teams at rest areas and border stations across Austria.
