fleetenergies, the company that specialises in reducing fuel costs and environmental footprint for vehicle operators, has announced its RILCO AI technology.

The data can be used to help operators reduce costs and emissions through continuous real-time tracking of fuel consumption based on volume in litres.

The technology allows fleetenergies to provide shippers with data on emissions in real conditions that are essential for carbon accounting (scopes 1 and 3). It can also set up corrective actions for hauliers to reduce their fuel consumption and, thereby, their CO2 emissions.

Shippers have this information at their disposal as soon as their chosen hauliers are connected to the RILCO AI platform. The company claims to be able to reduce CO2 emissions from hauliers by 15%.

“RILCO AI is a major breakthrough in the measurement of the carbon footprint of road haulage,” said Éric Elkaim, CEO of fleetenergies. “This unique system provides all hauliers and shippers with an automated decarbonisation process making it possible to realise carbon accounting and reduce emissions.”
