Diane Hayden has been appointed customer service manager at Abels Moving Services in the UK. She will be responsible for delivering first-line client consultation services.
Diane brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from 16 years within the moving industry.
Most recently she has been using her skills to provide training and coaching to up-and-coming moving professionals across the UK. As part of the Abels’ team she will continue to use all these skills and will be at the forefront of redefining best practice in the art of moving.

Throughout her career, Diane has developed extensive experience in moving operations and customer service. At Abels she will be able to combine her detailed operational knowledge with her focus on service to provide a first-class customer experience for Abels’ clients.
