Santa Fe expands leadership team in America

Santa Fe Relocation has announced the expansion of its senior leadership team in the Americas adding three key management roles.

Don Smith is vice president and head of sales Americas and will be based in Danbury, Connecticut. Don will manage corporate sales, consumer sales and marketing in the Americas region, while overseeing business development in North America. He has worked for several leading global mobility companies and has held leadership positions in client services and operations.

Pat Welch is head of relocation and assignment management services (RAMS) Americas. She will also be based Danbury, Connecticut. She began her career in the US domestic relocation business and has since worked with several global mobility companies.  She has held a variety of roles in operations, account management, implementation and supplier management.  She also has experience in quality customer service, global management of key accounts, sales and account management and governance of global operations.

Braxton Dailey has been hired in the role of household goods manager, Americas. He will be based in Houston, Texas.  Braxton will lead the company’s US supplier relationships in moving services to provide superior customer service. He has worked for several leading companies in the US during his moving services career. He has experience in sales, operations, account management and supplier management. He has also managed driver recruitment, contract, vendor and warehouse management along with company operational safety and quality labour training.
