International mobility specialist Worldwide ERC has announced the appointment of Lynn Shotwell as its new president & CEO.

Lynn takes on the role three months after the departure of the company’s former president & CEO, Peggy Smith.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Lynn brings a track record of successfully leading global workforce and talent mobility organisations to her new role.

Before joining Worldwide ERC, she served as senior vice president and head of Global Outreach and Operations for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the world’s largest HR professional society.
