De Haan in the Netherlands has advised that Gert van Engelenburg, the company’s Manager European Traffic & Partners, is to leave the company on 1 May, 2021. Gert will be staying in the moving industry but has accepted another position.
The company said that Gert had helped it to expand its European department and strengthen its relationships with partners worldwide. “He has been a great asset to De Haan and has ensured that with our European fleet we have become one of the most preferred partners for European transport,” said Wouter Hijzen, the company’s CEO. “We are very grateful to Gert and we are sorry to see him go.”
His role will be filled temporarily by Wouter and Linda Rovekamp, the company’s Global Manager Household Moves, until a successor can be appointed.
