Sterling Lexicon has announced that its Chief Commercial Officer Mark Burchell has been appointed to a three-year term on the Board of Directors with Worldwide ERC – the association for workforce mobility. His tenure will begin on January 1, 2022.
“As the world of work continues to undergo radical transformation and employers compete for skills in new ways, an effective employee mobility strategy remains an integral part of talent management planning,” said Sterling Lexicon President, David Dance. “Mark is exceptionally well suited to share his strategic vision and leadership skills with Worldwide ERC during this pivotal time.”
Originally from London and currently based in Sterling Lexicon’s Jacksonville office, Mark currently leads sales and marketing teams across multiple locations and cultures. He has been an active member of Worldwide ERC since 1992, including participating on several panels as both a speaker and a moderator, authoring articles for Mobility magazine, and contributing to the Association’s international forum and global advisory council in several capacities. He holds the organisation’s Senior Global Mobility Specialist (SGMS) professional certification.
“I am really honoured to help guide our industry’s professional association and serve alongside so many talented individuals on the Board,” said Mark. “These are, of course, really interesting and exciting times, and I am looking forward to working together to continue to best position Worldwide ERC for the maximum benefit of its associates and members.”
