Global relocation specialist Aires has announced the promotion of Andrew Meadowcroft to vice president of customer experience. In this new role, he will provide strategic oversight to all client services as they relate to people, process, and technology while ensuring global consistency in corporate customer experience.
Andrew will also participate in IT initiatives to ensure client satisfaction, coaching staff and serve as a cultural ambassador for Aires.

Andrew joined Aires in 2015 and has served as global client services manager, global operations and technology manager, and most recently, director of EMEA operations.
