Arpin International Group has announced the promotion of Keith Whelan to general manager of its Arpin UK and Ireland offices.

Director of Arpin UK Ltd, Phil Hamill, said, “We are delighted to announce that Keith Whelan has accepted the position as general manager for the UK and Ireland for Arpin International. Keith joined Arpin in September 2018 and later succeeded Dee Hulse as managing director of Arpin’s Ireland office in January 2020. His success in navigating our Ireland office through that challenging year has given us every confidence in promoting him to GM of both UK and Ireland. Keith has over 29 years in the industry and will be a tremendous asset to our senior management team.”

Keith is a career mover, joining the industry as a removal porter in 1993. He later acquired a Bachelors of Commerce Degree from University College Dublin, before moving up through operations and working in most areas of the moving business. He will be responsible for daily operations, supply chain management and managing existing account relationships by providing client support services to Arpin’s global accounts.
