Altair Global has announced the upcoming retirements of Kathy Trachta, Senior Vice President of Central Region at Altair Global, on December 15, and Jim Edwards, Senior Vice President of Global Supplier Partnerships at Altair Global, on December 31.
Jim Edwards joined Altair’s headquarters and Central Service Center in Plano, Texas, in 2015, having worked in the industry for almost 25 years. “Jim has made a tremendous contribution to Altair over the years,” said Kathryn Cassidy, President and Chief Operating Officer at Altair Global. “As the leader of our supplier partnerships team, Jim has exemplified our values of being approachable, authentic, and accountable.”
Kathy joined Altair’s Central Service Center and global headquarters in 2016, having begun her relocation career in 1979. “Having the chance to work closely with Kathy Trachta, at the bookend of a 44-year career in mobility, was like being enrolled in a master class in all facets of experience in the relocation space,” said Brian Potts, Executive Vice President of the Americas at Altair Global. “Kathy has run large corporate client programmes, did independent consulting for mobility, and held seemingly every type of client services role for multiple RMCs in a storied career that spanned six decades.”
