Restore Records Management in the UK has appointed Stuart Keith as its operations transformation manager.
His role will be key to establishing and driving a performance culture within service delivery at the company. He will focus on implementing, measuring and testing operational efficiency and productivity with an eye on innovation and technology to help bring data and insight to the fore of decision making.
Jez Tibbetts, Service Delivery Director, commented: “Stuart joins the business at a great time. We have a strong operational team delivering for our customers, but to stay ahead of the competition and retain our colleagues we need to make enhancements to our processes. Having grown through acquisitions (quickly) we want to align our processes and improve the current standard we operate at. I look forward to Stuart working directly with my team and I know he will make an impact.”
