A recent obituary in The Times has featured David Coumbe, from music, entertainment, corporate and exhibition mover Fly by Nite, who died on 17 May after suffering a stroke.

David was 68 years old. His company transported stage equipment, dressing rooms, and musical instruments for a host of stars including Taylor Swift, Stormzy and Dolly Parton. He started his business in 1989 having previously worked with Trans Euro.

The Times story said that David was single, lived in Redditch in the UK and was apparently working on Taylor Swift’s itinerary on the day of his death.
