After an extraordinary 51-year career in the international transportation and moving industry, Vince Parry, from Intercontinental Group in Canada, announced his retirement effective 31 December, 2024.

In a press release, Jay Ryan, the company’s president, said: “Vince's journey has been marked by decades of dedication, exceptional leadership, and an unwavering commitment to clients, culminating as an ownership partner with the Intercontinental Group. While Vince steps into retirement, he will continue to contribute to Intercontinental Group in an ambassadorial and consulting capacity over the next three years, lending his expertise to various strategic projects. His presence and leadership within the organisation have been instrumental in shaping its success and will be deeply missed.”

In retirement, Vince plans to spend more time with his cherished grandchildren, indulge his passion for choral music, travel, and dedicate countless hours to cheering on his beloved Liverpool FC.

“On behalf of everyone at the Intercontinental Group, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to Vince for his remarkable contributions and wish him all the best in his well-deserved retirement,” said Jay.
