Alfa Mobility has announced that it has expanded the leadership roles of Per Vallbo and Mats Otterstedt.
Per will now serve as managing director for Norway, alongside his current role as MD for Denmark. Mats has taken on the role as managing director for Finland, in addition to his responsibilities as MD for Sweden.
The company said that these leadership appointments ensure a more aligned and efficient structure, enabling it to build on the unique strengths of each country team and deliver even greater value to its customers.
This transition also enables Tuomo Lindholm, former MD for Finland, and Mei Lee Marshall, former MD for Norway, to fully focus on their strategic responsibilities as COO mobility and vice president, HR, marketing & communications, respectively. Both will remain on the Boards in their respective countries, ensuring continuity and engagement at the local level while advancing Alfa’s long-term goals.
Annika Roupé, CEO of Alfa Group Scandinavia, commented: "This is a natural progression for our Group Leadership team and a vital step in aligning our Nordic operations. By expanding Per’s and Mats’ roles, we strengthen collaboration and stability while enhancing our ability to deliver exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. Equally important, Mei Lee’s and Tuomo’s new strategic roles reflect our focus on important areas such as HR, mobility, and marketing - key factors of Alfa’s growth. These changes strengthen our foundation for sustainable growth and enable us to deliver even more value to our customers and teams.”
