Move4U Moving Technology has announced the launch of a SurveyVideo platform, its latest solution to enable moving companies to complete surveys remotely and prepare an accurate quotation.

The company claims SurveyVideo is a secure, user-friendly mobile application that allows the moving company’s representative and the customer to connect quickly and view the items to be moved.

Move4U SurveyVideo Product Manager, Venice van den Berg said, “We believe that the use of secure, recorded video conducted by the company representative represents the future for the moving and other in-home services companies. We set out to build a solution that makes it much easier for both the company and the customer to connect.
