Yomdel, the ‘live chat’ company, has announced that its software now integrates with MoveMan removals software to automatically feed all live chat leads into users’ back office systems.

The integration will remove the need for manual data entry of leads; help users optimise their sales processes to focus on converting enquiries into surveys; and provide a single point of view for all inbound leads, with all the details including the full chat transcript, available within the system.

British Association of Removers (BAR) members are entitled to a free 30-day trial of the system.
