Voxme has launched its new digital inventory app that helps drivers and foremen to create legible household goods descriptive inventories that meet the USTRANSCOM/GHC requirements that come into operation in May 2023.

The system allows operators to capture on-screen signatures and instantly share detailed packing lists, loading lists and checklists with photos and signature via cloud, e-mail, Dropbox, Google Drive, WhatsApp, Telegram and flash drive. The app doesn’t require Internet on-site and automatically uploads all data to the cloud to keep it safe for when an Internet connection becomes available.

Moving companies can use the app to fill out various standard forms (619 – accessorial services, high risk/high value inventory), and complete pre- and post-service residence inspection with photos.
