Arpin Van Lines has been rated number one among the largest suppliers of household goods shipment services in the USA, ranked by ‘net satisfaction’ and ‘top-block service’.

That is according to independent research firm Trippel Survey & Research, LLC^©’s 24th Annual Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey^©, released in July. In February, Arpin Van Lines was ranked first in supplier satisfaction by a separate Trippel survey. 

Arpin Van Lines earned the highest moving industry score, with 51% net satisfaction and 54% top-block service. Six other franchise-system household goods shipment suppliers received net satisfaction ratings between 48% and 25% and top-block ratings between 51% and 28%.

“This is the third year in a row that we have rated among the best in the industry for customer service,” said David Arpin, President and CEO of Arpin Van Lines. “While we are pleased with this ranking, it motivates us to try even harder and keep looking for ways to improve the customer experience, especially as technology improves, moving volume increases, and the market evolves.”

Trippel gathered a total of 6,983 employee transferee evaluations for this survey, which covered a range of moving industry providers, including household goods shippers, relocation management companies and relocation mortgage entities.
