Two Arpin Group employees have passed the Worldwide ERC Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) examination: Jean Gong, Director of Business Development, West Coast, and Allison Rathbun Dickson, Assistant Vice President of Business Development. Jean and Allison will now be recognised as Certified Relocation Professionals.
“We are proud of the commitment to continued professional excellence that Jean and Allison have demonstrated by earning the CRP designation," said Bridget Ritchie, Arpin’s Vice President of Global Business Development. “They have both excelled as leaders at Arpin and we are excited for their continued professional growth.”
The Certified Relocation Professional exam tests candidates’ command of corporate mobility policies and programmes, real estate, tax considerations, transferee counselling and other related services. The CRP designation builds a uniform understanding of the many intricate practices involved in employee mobility. Credentialed Certified Relocation Professionals demonstrate a mastery of relocation skills and show a commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
The CRP exam is offered annually via an Internet-based testing format at test centres throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Approximately 70% of this year's 169 candidates earned a passing score of 500 or higher.
Allison Rathbun Dickson is based in West Warwick, Rhode Island, and Jean Gong is based in Santa Barbara, California.
