The independent voice of the global moving industry

SIRVA rated number one by relocation managers

Feb 28, 2019
SIRVA, Inc has announced that it has been placed first in two categories in the 17th Annual Trippel Relocation Manager’s Survey.

The survey is used to obtain performance evaluations from corporate relocation managers regarding their level of satisfaction with firms in the relocation management services industry.

SIRVA was placed first in the following categories: Global Breadth: having the resources and networks to manage any international move; and, Supplier Networks: having appropriate networks to deliver quality and valued services.

358 surveys were recorded, with more small-volume companies participating this year than any of the past 16 years. SIRVA exceeded industry average in all remaining categories (Overall Satisfaction, Integrity, Quality, Responsiveness, Service Recovery, Data Security, Account Management, Billing, Disbursements, Personnel, Value, Culture, Reporting and Technology).

“It is an honour to receive positive client feedback like this,” said Tom Oberdorf, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SIRVA. “It is especially gratifying when the voice of our customer is aligned with our core strategy of being everywhere our clients want us to be with a strong global footprint and rich set of capabilities.”

The report is provided by Trippel Survey & Research, LLC; a company started in 1994 to provide independent, unbiased survey, research and consulting services to relocation professionals.
