Brytor International Moving in Canada, in collaboration with IMS Moving Network, has announced its acquisition of Formula Global Mobility LLC and Granero Moving LLC based in Florida. The company has eight offices in Canada and will significantly expand its presence in North America through the acquisition.
“The acquisition of Formula Global Mobility and Granero Moving brings further strength to the IMS - Brytor Group,” said Jacques Monier, Chief Executive Officer of the companies. “Expanding our footprint and delivering a quality experience to our customers and trade partners are important to our growth strategy.”
“The transaction is a great step for our companies and our employees,” said Robson Granero, Branch Manager of Formula Global Mobility and Granero Moving. “Formula Global Mobility and Granero Moving clients will now have access to a wider support system and even stronger service delivery. I am pleased to share this news with our customers and our team.”
Formula Global Mobility and Granero Moving will continue to operate in their own names in Florida. Robson Granero will assume the role of branch manager of the Florida-based business and will continue to work with his current teams. The acquisition follows Brytor’s recent opening of a new office in Fort Lauderdale.
The company says it will benefit from Formula Global Mobility and Granero Moving's expertise in international moves from Florida and their historical know-how with the Portuguese and Spanish-speaking markets such as Brazil, Portugal, and Spain. Formula Global Mobility and Granero Moving will benefit from the expertise of the Canadian and Quebec market of Brytor as well as an openness to French-speaking countries. The companies will be able to intensify their cross-border moving offers and their international shipments.
