Aires in the USA has won the award for ‘The Most Innovative Use of Technology in Global Mobility – Assignee Management’ by the Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) at the EMEA Expatriate Management & Mobility Awards (EMMAs).

The award was presented to Aires at a ceremony held on 30 October in London, UK.

“Our teams are focussed on delivering the best experience to the users of our technology product in a safe and secure way,” said Anand Diraviyam, Aires’ Director, Product Strategy & Management. “Our goal is to continuously iterate on the best version, providing access to experts when users need them and self-service options when they don’t.”

In selecting Aires, judges noted Aires’ innovative approach to relocation technology, including a commitment to continuous improvement and a strong focus on data security and user experience. Judges also noted the ability of Aires’ comprehensive suite of tools to support all stakeholders in mobility, including client teams, assignees, and Aires’ internal teams.

“EMMAs entries are always rigorously judged by a team of fiercely impartial, highly experienced, senior figures in the industry and academia, who are drawn from a range of disciplines across the EMEA region,” said Claire Tennant-Scull, Global Director at FEM. “It’s so important to receive recognition among your peers for innovation and hard work and I think the winners and all those on the shortlist should feel extremely proud.”
